We have launched a campaign called S.A.F.E.
This campaign is aimed at businesses to support them to take action against domestic abuse and violence.
Employers have a legal obligation to assess dynamic risk and
support the health, safety, and wellbeing of their employees. Although most
companies have support and strategies in place for their employee wellbeing,
some subjects such as domestic violence are often overlooked. Management,
senior leadership, and employees need to be equipped with training and
resources to support and advise people who may be experiencing domestic abuse.
Our amazing team of psychologists have developed a training
package for organisations to help understand domestic abuse, learn to recognise
the signs, and discover how to support colleagues in need.
