Red January - Completed it!

Well the year certainly started off with a bang!!!

We have been rushed off of our feet with our amazing clients old and new.


The whole office have also been participating in Red January, pledging to exercise for at least 30 minutes a day as we know that moving more and exercising can have a huge positive effect on your mental and emotional wellbeing!


Well the whole team passed with flying colours and we smashed our targets!


While we were taking part we shared 8 fitness tips over the course of January. They were for both people who are new to their fitness journey and reminders for people who are experts!

be consistent

train with a friend

warm up

drink water

celebrate the small wins

don't put too much pressure on yourself
