In this episode, Simon and Sadie chat to an incredible individual, Imogen Tinkler talks about how to grow happiness. We talk about a host of different topics, from mindfulness meatball rolling and foraging to grief, depression and purpose. Over the last year we have all been united in facing high levels of societal stress and experiencing varying degrees of collective trauma and we honestly believe we can all learn a great deal from each other and our respective journey's during this time. Imogen and her collective are not helping to improve their own mental health but they are helping a growing community of people connect, learn, grow and help the discover the many glorious benefits of growing and consuming local seasonal food.
