About The Programme
Busy and demanding lifestyles can often result in neglected self-care, bad habits and poor choices when it comes to looking after our physical and mental health. Yet, small changes can make a big difference, especially when we implement them in a consistent way. Whilst embedding lasting habits can take up to 66 days, there are simple changes we can make to our daily lives that can make a big difference to our overall health, energy levels and quality of life.
